Lexis Toolings began operations started in India as a marketing of Tool Holding products during 2000 and started manufacturing process in India by opening another manufacturing facility In Coimbatore during 2005. We are counted amongst the well-known companies that manufacture, supply and export an extensive range of ER 25 Collet Systems also recognized as RD25 Collet system are regularized and manufactured as per DIN 6499 standard guidelines. The ER 25 Collet Systems products are strong and sturdy in state and ensure long lasting service life. All these products are dimensionally stable and offer high level of performance without any hindrance and errors. We are offering these products at economical rates Lexis ER25 Collets are designed to collapse with 1.0mm or .0039 inches. Sealed Collets for coolant through applications do not have a collapse range, and must be used at exact size. High precision collets also available in our product range to meet high end machining requirement. Maximum tightening torque for ER25 collet is 70 ft/lbs. Collet Dimensions ER 25 Collet dimensions:- A=26mm & B=35mm Collet Sizes Lexis ER25 metric sizes starting from 1mm Dia to 10mm with 1mm incremental & Inches size range between 1/16” to 5/8” .On request we can support 0.5mm incremental range collets. Suitable for high precision applications, run out controlled and certified less than 5 micron accuracy.
